Mar de Envero: New ways of understanding the wine

In August it takes place the verasion, key moment when the grape turns mild and changes its color, returning in the alone day yellowish white and dark the ink, providing this way to the cluster the characteristic tone of the ripeness. Inspired by this process of change, two enterpreneurs Galician young persons: Manyo Moreira in charge of the production and Breixo Reymóndez, manager of the winery, decide to join their experience to found Mar de Envero, a wine cellar convinced in the need of new ideas to manage to take advantage at the maximum level of the enormous wine potential of Galicia.
The confirmation of his innovative intentions comes together with their first wine, Mar de Envero, an albariño monovarietal who expresses its organoleptic characteristics in an intense, harmonic and noble way, seducing with its intense color, conquering with its rewatching nose of a pampered work and culminating with an elegant step along structured mouth, sticky and long recollection.
A few wines that score very high
The project appears very highly so, with the first launch, they have obtained scores close to 90 in the guides and web's of wines of national area. Their intention is to elaborate other lines of wine that are excelling themselves in complexity, trying to innovate and resting on varieties of regional grape. With a production of 30,000 liters, Mar de Envero can already be enjoyed in the most select establishments innkeepers of the North of Spain.
